TV Series Starring Chris Elliott
Based on the short film of the same name, by Tim Curcio, Maggie follows a young woman trying to cope with life as a psychic. Maggie regularly sees the fate of her friends, parents, clients, and random strangers on the street, but when she suddenly sees a glimpse of her own future, Maggie is forced to start living in her own present.
When filthy-rich video store magnate Johnny Rose (Eugene Levy), his soap star wife Moira (Catherine O'Hara), and their two kids - über-hipster son David (Dan Levy) and socialite daughter Alexis (Annie Murphy) - suddenly find themselves broke, they are forced to live in Schitt's Creek, a small, depressing town they once bought as a joke. With their pampered lives now abandoned, they must confront their new-found poverty and discover what it means to be a family, all within the rural city limits of their new home.
Eagleheart is a live-action parody of cop shows. It follows Marshal Chris Monsanto, aided by Sidekicks Brett and Susie, under the watchful authority of Chief.
The show features a satirical take on the genre, with over-the-top violence and humor. Michael Gladis plays the Chief, while Brett Gelman and Maria Thayer play the Sidekicks.
Dilbert is a cubicle dwelling employee for a large soulless corporation. Each episode the show goes on many adventures that will leave you waiting for more.
Get a Life
The misadventures of a 30-year-old paperboy (played by Chris Elliott) and his wacky parents. Show topics included the eating of a space alien, a robotic paperboy and numerous beheadings. Get a Life was also one of the first television shows that featured the killing of its star (and repeatedly so!).
Saturday Night Live
Saturday Night Live is a late-night comedy show with short skits and parodies of TV commercials. It features a live guest band and a pop-cultural guest host each week.
SNL has launched the careers of many successful comedians and actors. They have spun off into independent comedy and/or movie careers from here.
