Murder 101 follows Dr. Jonathan Maxwell, a criminologist, played by Dick Van Dyke. He is joined by his son, a former cop turned PI, played by Barry Van Dyke. The two team up to solve various murders, often involving the academic world. The show combines mystery and drama with a touch of humor.

Dick Preston hosts a talk show, but his move to sunny California brings new challenges and a new cast of characters. The New Dick Van Dyke Show is a comedic series that follows the ups and downs of Dick's career and personal life.

Rob Petrie is a writer for a New York variety show called "The Alan Brady Show". His co-workers, Buddy and Sally, join him in comedic situations. Rob's wife, Laura, is a homemaker who also gets involved in various comedic situations. Created by Carl Reiner, the show starred Dick Van Dyke and Mary Tyler Moore.
