His journey will take him into a dark and unforgiving place, as his alter ego seems capable of anything. At the same time there are shadowy forces trying to find Jekyll and the source of his powers.

The story follows the poverty stricken young country woman Tess (Played by Gemma Arterton) who tries to improve her life and social status upon realizing her family is connected to the extremely wealthy D'Uberville family.
