From piping hot beignets borne in the French Quarter, to icy cold sake made with Louisiana-grown rice, New Orleans' unique blend of tradition and innovation is what fuels Emeril's cooking. Each week on Emeril Cooks, we'll meet a New Orleans local who sparks Emeril's culinary imagination. Guests like the crawfish concierge at a luxury hotel, or a local farmer (known as The Mushroom Lady) who helps keep Emeril's classic smoked mushroom pasta on the menu. We'll invite these special guests into Emeril's kitchen where they'll see firsthand how he makes the dishes they helped inspire.

There's always a fight over who makes the best chili, who brought the best wings, whose barbeque beef brisket reigns supreme. Well, now Emeril is going to help one lucky football fan win that fight at his next gathering. Each week on Emeril Tailgates, we will profile a different football-obsessed city and a home team super fan. We'll surprise the fan with a trip to Emeril's New Orleans kitchen to learn a new tailgate dish that will make their friends and family proud.

On Eat the World with Emeril Lagasse, join the adventure as celebrated chef Emeril Lagasse embarks on a food-fueled global exploration. Emeril hits the road with his best friends and biggest chefs in the world to discover popular food movements and local culinary traditions. With Marcus Samuelsson in Sweden, Mario Batali in China, José Andrés in Spain, Danny Bowien in South Korea, Nancy Silverton in Italy and Aarón Sánchez in Cuba.
On the Menu
This is the first cooking competition show ever to give viewers at home the chance to taste the dishes they see on screen. In each episode, a group of passionate home cooks will be challenged to create a the next signature dish for that week's selected restaurant chain, stadium concession stand, or other American food business. These amateur cooks will work in conjunction with professional chefs to create their dishes, from concept to execution. A panel of judges will then determine which dish not only tastes the best, but also fits with the restaurant's current menu offerings. The winning dish will immediately go on the business' menu, giving viewers at home the chance to go try the dish the very next day.
Top Chef
Fifteen of the top up-and-coming chefs around the country have been asked to show off their culinary skills as they vie for the top prize, the title of Top Chef.
