Convinced that he is the victim of a conspiracy following two medical errors, Marc, a star surgeon at the hospital, is found murdered on the evening of December 31. It is Anna, his ex-wife who lives a torrid passion with a young surgeon, and Cédric, an ambulance driver, former best friend of Marc who make the macabre discovery. The police arrive quickly on the spot, and with them: Lieutenant Juliette Kharoub, who is also... the wife of Marc's first victim!

The show follows Tony as a man devastated by the abduction of his young son, Oliver, during a family vacation in France. He becomes a man obsessed, unable to accept that his child may be dead and spends years searching for him.
