The project is based on the Italian series "Oltre la soglia" and focuses on the rehabilitation of a group of young people, some of whom have been involved in criminal activity, at a clinic. Birce Akalay will give life to Nilüfer (Tosca Navarro in the original series), a psychiatrist who is interested in treating young people, devotes herself to them, and has mysterious sides herself. In this innovative series aiming to shine a ray of hope on teenagers and families grappling with adolescence issues, we will witness the discovery of the secrets of the human mind while walking on shards of glass alongside Doctor Nilüfer Toska (Birce Akalay), who is always one step ahead of her colleagues, and we will see that hope is always hidden in life. Dr. Nilüfer's relentless pursuit of a secret that could endanger her profession will turn into a major conflict with the uncompromising Prosecutor Ömer (Mert Fırat), creating a massive fire.

Handan is a single mother of three, a social climber who chases the luxurious lives she sees and envies on social media; she feels she never got to live her own life after she became pregnant so young. Dündar is a successful businessman and on the surface, a happily married, wonderful father. But when Handan enters his family home, as a client of Dündar's wife, she can't help but feel that something is not quite right in their "perfect" marriage. She realises that he is flirting with her, and though the attention of a married man makes her uncomfortable she doesn't want to turn down the chance of having the life she believes she deserves. But at what cost - and how many secrets must the two keep from each other?
