A glamorous woman waits nervously in an airport. She checks her watch, sends a text, and glances around at the other passengers waiting nearby. The woman waiting in the airport is Alejandra Alvarez, a drug mule who has been tasked with transporting drugs from Colombia to Mexico. Before she catches her flight, she's arrested by the Department of Police Intelligence (DPI), and in order to avoid going to prison, she agrees to become a police informant. Alejandra is recruited to join an all-female team of agents who are working to bring down the country's largest drug operation, and because of her unique knowledge of the business, her cooperation could make or break their case.

The first lady of Mexico is a woman of conviction and ideals. But when she loses faith in her husband, she'll need all her strength to uncover the truth.
