Chrome Shelled Regios
The world was infected by "Pollutant" years ago - a world cracked open and generally screwed up. This Pollutant spawns nasty "Pollutant Beasts", but it's also resulted in people gaining special powers. The towns that now litter the world are protected by alchemists and are mobile - these are the "Regios" of the title.
The story follows a guy named Lei-Fon Alseif who starts at a new school following the disappearance of his childhood friend and gets recruited into the special 17th Platoon in order to combat Pollutant Beasts.

Rito Yūki is a normal high school boy who has a crush on a girl by the name of Haruna Sairenji but he can't confess his feelings to her. One day when he is in his bath-tub, a girl suddenly appears, she goes by the name Lala and is from another planet where she is royalty. Lala has run away because she doesn't want to marry some man that her father has chosen for her and to stay on earth she wants to marry Rito. Lala's father later decides that if Rito is able to protect Lala from her other fiance's they can get married, but if not, he will destroy earth. From that day on Rito's life became quite lively.
Kaibutsu Oujo
Hiro Hiyorimi is a boy who has just moved to the city to meet his sister. While walking down the sidewalk, he is suddenly hit by a car (crushed by construction beams in the anime). On the verge of death, he is seen by a young woman clad in gothic clothes. She then resurrects him, leaving him alive in the hospital morgue. He wakes up confused over what happened, only to encounter the woman again as she eliminates some wolf creatures. She addresses Hiro as "her servant" and introduces herself as "Hime" (Japanese for Princess). The story then follows Hiro as he assists Hime in killing creatures that have been sent by her siblings to attack her.
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni
This is a Japanese murder mystery series that aired on TV Saitama. The show takes place in 1983 in a small village called Hinamizawa, and focuses on a group of friends. Despite the villages peaceful appearance, each year, a person is mysteriously murdered. The crimes eventually gets to the friends, and paranoia leads to even more murders.
