The series is inspired by Reed Tucker's book Slugfest: Inside the Epic, 50-year Battle Between Marvel and DC. The competition between the publishers actually dates back to the FDR years and the publication of Action Comics No. 1 (which introduced Superman and launched DC) and Marvel Comics No. 1 (which introduced Namor the Sub-Mariner), but it was the revolutionary 1960s relaunch of Marvel by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko that gave the rivalry an urgency that transformed the marketplace.

Leading the team behind the shop's counter are Walt, Bryan, Michael and Ming, who geek out over mind-blowing pop culture artifacts and the legends behind them. Whether it's buying and selling memorabilia or embarking on wild adventures away from the store, the Stash cast shares all the juicy details with Kevin during their hilarious podcast, which is woven in throughout the series.

Spoilers is a half-hour show in which Kevin Smith will invite special guests to join him in an in-depth discussion of the summer's biggest movies. The series will include group chats, animated shorts, and interviews with pop culture's big names.

This animated series, based on Kevin Smith's 1994 film of the same name, centers on Dante Hicks and Randal Graves, the clerks at The Quick Stop and RST Video. These "slackers" spend most of their time spoofing pop culture and whining about their miserable lives.
