Won, an anesthesiologist, loses his longtime partner, Fah, in a car accident and is wrongly accused of his murder. Overwhelmed by grief and despair, Won decides to end his life. But before losing consciousness, he encounters the Grim Reaper, Sepsawat, who looks exactly like his beloved Fah.
