Young DCI Ricciardi investigates crimes in Naples in the 1930s. He never laughs and his heart beats for two women: a simply young girl and a beautiful and rich widow.

In an industrial building on the outskirts of town, Police Commissioner Cagliostro (Lino Guanciale) takes in the scene before him: a man lies dead on the floor. A vision of the future stops Cagliostro from exiting this world - he must stay to find his killer, because it is the only way to save the life of his wife, Anna (Gabriella Pession). With the help of Vanessa (Valentina Romani), a seventeen-year-old who discovers she is clairvoyant, Cagliostro embarks on his unusual investigation - can he sort his friends from his enemies before his premonition comes true, and, at the same time, remedy the mistakes he made while alive?

L'Allieva, (literally The Pupil, official English title The Student) is a Procedural Romantic Dramedy Italian tv series, based on the book series of the same name by author Alessia Gazzola, centering on young forensic medical student Alice Allevi. Alice Allevi is a fifth-year med student who has come to a shocking conclusion: she can't go on and become a doctor as she is unable to stand other people's suffering, and thus starts wondering what to do. Paradoxically, the solution comes to her right after the brutal murder of her grandmother's live-in Russian help, as she starts seriously considering the idea of going into forensic medicine while following the development of the case. But with her propensity for goofing up, that idea seems less of a shoo-in and more of an uphill climb...

Clara Grandi Fossà is a young and noble woman with a free and rebellious spirit who was separated from her twin brother and forced into an arranged marriage. Despite this, she falls in love with her husband and fights to win his love. However Clara falls victim to her aunt's and cousin's conspiracies, as they are determined to steal her inheritance and to destroy her marriage, by instilling jealousy and suspicions of adultery. While seeking the truth, Clara starts to suffer mysterious hallucinations and a nervous breakdown. One day, someone tries to kill Clara, leaving her to drown in the waters of the Adige River.... Clara's body is never found. Everyone believes she committed suicide. Clara survives and, in disguise, her face hidden beneath a black veil, she returns to her family in search of the truth and to punish the guilties.

Nun Angela runs the bar "l'Angolo Divino", a bar inside convent. The bar acts as a meeting for people of varying kinds. Sister Angela speaks to them and learns about their daily life, often helping to solve their problems.
