Straight-talking tradesman Mark Millar travels around the UK meeting people who are building their dream home in the British countryside. Mark offers them help, advice and lends them a hand with their building project.

The show follows Mark Clemmit and Mark Millar as they hunt for builders whose shoddy work has left houses in a lethal condition. Angellica Bell is on the frontline with specialist agencies working to keep homes safe.

This is a makeover show of people's properties. Each week Nick Knowles and the team transform different rooms in viewer's houses.
