Some of the biggest names in music will come together to celebrate the holidays on "CMA Country Christmas" a two-hour special that airs annually on ABC TV. This special is a celebration of the season featuring some of the top stars in music performing holiday songs and getting into the Christmas spirit.

This is a four-day music festival centered on country music hosted each June by the Country Music Association in Nashville, Tennessee. Beginning in 1972 as Fan Fair, the event now draws over 400 artists and celebrities who hold autograph sessions and perform in one of the many concerts offered throughout the festival.

The series follows the adventures of Piggley Winks, a spunky eight-year-old pig, and his friends, Dannan and Ferny, on Raloo Farm in Ireland. As Granpa tells Piggley's stories, we travel back in time to the comical adventures of the young Piggley Winks and his best friends, Ferny and Dannan. Piggley and his playmates love to create adventures for themselves in the Irish countryside, all based on their own imaginations.

The show focuses mainly on the life of junior high school student Ginger Foutley. She, along with her friends, Darren Patterson, Dodie Bishop and Macie Lightfoot, all try to rise from the position of school geeks as they solve many conflicts that come their way.
