This spinoff from "Three's Company" follows Stanley and Helen Roper, the owners of a new condo in a ritzy neighborhood. His neighbor, balding realtor Jeffrey P. Brooks III, felt that the earthy Roper was downgrading the neighborhood. Helen Roper, socially aspiring but ever frustrated by Stanley's crass ways, found a supporting friend in Jeffrey's wife, Anne.

Dan AugustDan August
ABC, 1970 Cancelled/Ended | Drama, Crime

Dan August wasn't received very well in the ratings, but shortly after Burt Reynolds' career took off, then the show's ratings went up too. Several episodes were combined into feature films and were released due to the celebrity of its lead actor. All in all Dan August was another one of those police/detective shows of the 70's.

Detective Steve Carella worked at the 87th Precinct, along with a line-up of typical police detectives, such as the rookie and the seasoned old-timer. His wife Teddy (played by Gena Rowlands) added a personal side to the stories.
