Beach in Odessa, warm afternoon. Taking into account the sunbathing on the dry beach, inside which there are two terrifying finds of rewards, the mutilated body of a woman. On the same day, on the website of Wislany in Warsaw, about a mysterious assault in Poland, a macabre discovery in the trunk of an abandoned car.

The death of a young girl shakes the local community. At the same time, Paweł Zawadzki comes to Dobrowice. Who is he? Why a teacher from a reputable school in Warsaw and takes a job in the countryside? Paweł begins his own investigation. In the face of crime there is no room for half-truths. However, although we all here know and they know everything about each other, noone will talk to Paweł. Belfer is on his own.

"Officers" are not a direct continuation of the story told in the "Officer", although the starting point of the new themes are the events shown in the first series. We will also see some of the previously learned figures: commissioner Kruszynski "Kruszon", commissioner Aldona Ginko, super-commissioner Stella Lewandowska or Jacek Wielgosz, pseudonym Grandee. The creators of the series, however, did not want to copy the plot and narrative methods of the "Officer". The main character this time is the 25-year-old commissioner, Alicja Szymczyszyn, a psychology graduate who, at university, drew the attention of specialists in the recruitment of human resources. Intelligent, sensitive, but at the same time endowed with strong character and unique intuition.The girl must prove that she is actually fit for work in the police. First test will be forced to go through a difficult moment when it finds that even a psychologist can be wrong in the assessment of the closest people. Initially a bit clumsy, lost, unaccounted for with weapons and operational activities, it will quickly become a truly valuable "acquisition" and will be at the very center of astonishing events, which are driven by people from the highest circles of power.

A tough, stubborn and devoid of illusions cop in a story of love, hatred, death and human emotions, so strong that they push people to crime. The series shows what the price is of being a cop: stress and constant exposure to extreme situations. That is why the policemen's private lives are as important in the series as the cases they work on. The main character is a homicide department officer in his forties. Tough, stubborn and devoid of illusions, he has a beloved daughter, but it is only his cat that can bear him on everyday basis.
