Paw Paws
A group of small bears that lived in a tribal society, the cubs spent every day defending themselves from their enemies, the Meanos, led by the evil sorcerer, Dark Paw. The antagonist bear and his henchmen were after the Paw Paws' three large wooden totems, Totem Bear, Totem Tortoise and Totem Eagle. The totems also served as the tribe's protectors, coming to life when needed through means of Princess Paw Paw's Mystic Moonstone, which she wore around her neck, to defend the village.
The New Animated Adventures of Flash Gordon (1979)
Flash Gordon blasts off to the planet Mongo with girlfriend Dale Arden and scientist Hans Zarkov to prevent evil dictator Ming the Merciless from dominating the universe. In attempting to put an end to Ming's villainy, Flash receives the aid (and often the hindrance) of Prince Barin of Arboria, the Hawk Men led by King Vultan, Queen Fria of the ice-covered land of Frigia, Thun the Lion Man and Ming's sexy, scantily-clad daughter Aura, who has a powerful attraction for Flash.
The Gallant Men
The Gallant Men tells the story of an infantry company as it fought its way up the boot of Italy in World War II. The company is led by the determined young captain Jim Benedict. The action is seen through the eyes of a war correspondent, which made this show unique in the genre. The show aired on the same network as Combat, which outlasted it by four years.
