Music producer Evgenich, who wrote all the hits of the 90s, returns to show business after 30 years of exile. A friend from the 90s, Viktor Vorokhov, helps him in this. He supplies Evgenich with food and brings him to the basement of clients - Russian pop stars. But Evgenich's long-awaited comeback does not please his sworn friend Anton Kassetov. In the early 90s, Kasetov made a career out of persecuting Evgenich in the media. Having learned that Evgenich is still alive and continues to write hits, he decides to find and destroy a competitor.
