A small coastal town in Ireland faces pressure when a Norwegian-owned wind farm is planned, threatening the beautiful scenery. The South Westerlies is a TV series that explores the tensions and conflicts that arise when a community's environment and way of life are threatened by big business interests.

"Tin Star" is set in a remote Canadian mountain town, where the opening of a new oil refinery fronted by the mysterious Mrs. Bradshaw introduces the small town to a world of drug-dealers, prostitution and organized crime. Police chief Jim Worth is thirsty for revenge after the murder of a member of his family.
