This is a remake of the OVA series that was released in the late 1980s. It's the year 2040, and Tokyo is in the process of being rebuilt following a devastating earthquake. The Genom Corporation has mass produced a population of humanoid-looking robots called Boomers to perform much of the menial tasks around the city. However, some of the boomers have started "going rogue" and destroying things. Even the appointed AD Police squad is having a hard time with them. Enter the Knight Sabers, a mysterious group of women, who are ready to battle any rogue boomers with their specially designed armored hard suits.
