One night, Tomoatsu Naoe, a massage therapist, meets a new client. She is Elfuda, an elf who became overweight during her stay in the human world, and needs his help shedding pounds so she can be able to return to her dimension. As Tomoatsu assists with Elfuda's weight loss, many other overweight mystical beings come seeking his help.
