Robin Hood is described as a sweeping, romantic adventure, a modern take of the classic tale that brings historical authenticity, psychological depth, and a heightened focus on the relationship between Rob and Marian. In the series, following the Norman invasion of England, Rob - a Saxon forester's son - and Marian, the daughter of a Norman lord - fall in love and work together to fight for justice and freedom. As Rob rises as the leader of a band of rebel outlaws, Marian infiltrates the power at court, as both work together to thwart royal corruption and bring peace to the land.

Always been a huge Robin hood fan so I'm biased. But this is actually pretty good. 7 or 8 out of 10 so far for me. Gotta love Sean. I think he's maybe having difficulty playing the bad guy.
Actually, I like it. No weird diversity cast and a pretty honest telling of the story with a bit of different twist.
I am not a hater... I just give the shows a try and if they annoy me, I drop them. The comment about race swapping Little John... I don't give a BLEEP, he works well in the setting. Fine for me. That doesn't make the show annoyingly diverse and cringy.

2 episodes and the back story is complete. E2 was better than E1 so I'm hoping E3 will be better also...only time will tell
