Determined to reclaim her family's legacy, she joins forces with Tomás Sarmiento, the grandson of Vicente Sarmiento, the Herrera family's longtime enemy. As they set out to uncover the truth, Ángela captures the heart of Mariano, Vicente's right-hand man and the fiancé of Lucero, a young woman who was adopted by Ángela's grandmother. Amid secrets, rivalries and divided loyalties, love and the search for truth will put everyone's future at risk.
