In 1908, a meteor hit deep into the remote Siberian territory of Tunguska. Now, more than 100 years later, 16 contestants descend on Tunguska unknowing of the land's mysterious past. When a contestant is badly injured and no help arrives, the contestants are met with the chilling realization that the strange occurrences are not part of the show.

I diden't watch trailers or read anything about it beforehand and when you watch it there is no reason to doubt it's a reality show except towards the end.

Siberia is a drama series about a reality show shot in Siberia.
From the trailer, this looks quite terrible and almost make me miss the River.

I thought this was a drama about people on a reality show.
Usually i don't watch reality tv shows and i already wanted to delete it again but then i still kept on watching it.
It's like a reality soft version of Hunger Games meets survivor and Lost. Of course they are not killing each other but they do compete and there are no rules.
Near the end there is a WTF moment which lets you
say it's fake or is it.
