Stumptown follows Dex Parios, a strong, assertive, and unapologetically sharp-witted Army veteran working as a P.I. in Portland, OR. With a complicated personal history and only herself to rely on, she solves other people's messes with a blind eye toward her own.
season one was pretty good over all 7/10
they did have too many side quests on the go at once.
too much effort for a long run background big boss story line
should never have had her clean her self up so quickly
too much focus on her little brother in to many episodes.
should have kept it simpler
focused on the action/misadventures and learning how to do investigation stories
too many chefs in the kitchen at once
lost focus.
all of which could have been fixed with a season two.
here is hoping cobie gets a better script in the spin off of LL

maybe it goes downhill...
but i will finish the season unless things go downhill fast.

Just finished the series, I decided I really like it actually. Something I can eat dinner to but enjoyable and I hope it gets renewed. Won't loose any sleep if it doesn't though.
I agree with all of that. And I like the "something I can eat dinner to" phrase. :)
