We liked season 1. Season 2 is a bit meh so far. We don't like how the characters from season 1 were just dumped, including the dog.

I like this show. It's quirky, original, small details matter. And I think S02 will be better than S01.

Well, somehow made it through ep01... can't say it pulled me in in any way. Will try ep02 but probably going to drop it.

Now that the aliens out of the saucer, it's totally changed my perspective on everything, however, it doesn't make a lot of sense that some rich people could really do anything to shapeshifting aliens, and that technology doesn't exist that could quickly stop/suppress their secret from getting out.
It was about what they refuse to do to humans. That was shown numerous times, including that "becoming human" is a downgrade.
