If I think what western comic book character or group of characters would be best for this type of combo, Suicide Squad is definitely in the top 10.
To be able to enjoy this you will have to have a rudimentary understanding of both Isekai tropes and who the Suicide Squad is.
Imho, so far it does justice to both ingredients and it is funny overall. Worth a watch if you like either of the two.
