Sara Shepard, the author of Pretty Little Liars, is releasing a new series about identical twin sisters who were separated at birth, one rich and the other poor. When the less fortunate sister finds out that her twin has gone missing, she sets out to find her in the ABC Family series The Lying Game.
OMG... I have a favorite guilty pleasure show now. :D
I'm not the typical audience for this kinda show (teenage girls), but it's pretty neat. I'm more into Battlestar Galactica stuff, but hey, even the occasional teenage girl watches Battlestar Galactica.
At least, for me, it's an escape from all the other shows I usually watch, Dexter, Homeland, Person of Interest, Fringe, etc. which are very action oriented and dark.
What I mean by escape is that it's a very light and easy show to digest.
