Optimus Prime follows his friend Megatron and arrives on the planet Elementros. There, Optimus encounters Lighlong and the Energy Beasts, which take the form of animals and dinosaurs living in Elementros. They harbor "elemental energy," the power of five attributes: fire, water, earth, nature, and lightning. Optimus and Lightlong awaken the ability to transform and combine, called "Wild Docking", with the power of their bond. Optimus joins forces with the animals, and Megatron follows the dinosaurs. What will be their fate?
