Charlie (Charlie Sheen) is a well-to-do bachelor with a house at the beach, a Jaguar in the garage and an easy way with women. His casual Malibu lifestyle is interrupted when his tightly wound brother, Alan, who's facing a divorce, and Alan's son, Jake - come to stay with him.
It was kind of painful to watch this show after the departure of Charlie Sheen and now it is finally over. The series finale was ok though.

I used to love this program but it has become painful to watch. Alan's character is depressing to watch. Hopefully, it won't be renewed. Why do these horrible programs get renewed but good shows like The Glades and Bomb Girls get canceled?

I agree... depressing and more predictable each time
the worst was to end the last season with a fart, really?, that´s comedy?
the show is running on fumes...
the supposed charlie´s daughter won´t bring back past glories
just let the show die...
