A group of people come into possession of a manuscript sequel to a graphic novel called "The Utopia Experiments". The novel has accurately predicted some of the world's greatest atrocities.

The group is pursued by a mysterious opposing group called "The Network" who are trying to find the manuscript. The good guys must stop the next event from occurring.
