Yusuke Urameshi was an arrogant 14 year old boy who was the worst student in his school. But one day when he saves a little kid's life at the cost of his own, he appears in the Spirit world and meets the Grim Reaper Botan. After getting his life back he becomes a spirit detective and tries to stop all demons from destroying either world with his friends.

Yusuke Urameshi, 14, is the worst student of his class. He's always in fights and seems to always be the bad apple. Then one day it all changed. He died saving a little boy from traffic. Because of this self-less act he goes through an ordeal to get his body back...and he becomes a spirit detective.
