TV Series created by Yoshihiro Togashi

This is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi. The story focuses on a young boy named Gon, who discovers that his father, whom he was told was dead, is actually alive and well.

Gon's father, long believed to be dead, is still alive and was once one of the greatest Hunters in existence. Gon believes he will be able to meet his father once he himself becomes a Hunter. However, before he can become a Hunter, he has to pass the Hunter Exam first, an exam made of numerous tasks and dangerous trials.

Yusuke Urameshi, 14, is the worst student of his class. He's always in fights and seems to always be the bad apple. Then one day it all changed. He died saving a little boy from traffic. Because of this self-less act he goes through an ordeal to get his body back...and he becomes a spirit detective. As spirit detective Yusuke goes on missions for the spirit world to eliminate demons and save the human world.
