A retired archive security officer, Henryk Mikos, made it a point of honor to solve cases that had been cancelled years ago and bring the guilty to justice. For years, Henryk analysed the files and ... waited patiently. A fugitive, which Henryk says to the archive, considers the ambitious medic Zuza Wasiluk to be his kingdom. Initially considered a freak, the old man quickly comes to the problem that it is worth working with him. Henryk makes Zuza his secret partner in criminal investigations, and when necessary - an armed arm. Henryk and Zuza also involve a butterfly who has a crush on her - Tomasz Stachura.
