Extinct takes place 400 years after the extinction of the human race and follows a small group of humans who are revived by an alien civilization. Over the course of the season, the series carries the colony of revived humans through struggles with the aliens who extinguished humankind centuries before, while trying to understand and get along with the mysterious aliens who revived them.

This is a sketch comedy television show. The show evolved from the BYU sketch comedy troupe Divine Comedy, from which all it's members are current or former BYU students. The show aims to produce clean, family-oriented comedy for a national audience. The name Studio C is a reference to the studio in the BYU Broadcasting Building where the show is primarily filmed in front of a live audience.


Dwight in Shining Armor

After Dwight (Sloane Morgan Siegel), a 21st century teen, falls into an ancient, underground chamber - he awakens a warrior princess (Caitlin Carmichael), her court magician (Joel McCrary), and many medieval villains that have been sleeping for a thousand years. Consequently, he is now spellbound to protect the princess from her hordes of enemies. High school just got a lot weirder.

The show is set in the fictional small town of Granite Flats, Colorado outside of a U.S. Army Military Base & VA Hospital in the early 1960's during the Cold War (post Korean War), and follows several of the town's citizens as mysterious and potentially dangerous circumstances arise. Mystery, suspense, humor & family conflict - this show has it all & surprisingly appeals to young & old. The show producers & writers wanted to create a show that the entire family could watch together & any age group would find worthy of their time.

With their own DNA as a roadmap, and $50,000 on the line, four couples must race coast-to-coast and discover a different relative every day.


Painting the Town

Artist Eric Dowdle creates folk-art paintings of specific destinations after visiting them. Each episode features his tour of a specific city or town, during which he learns about its people, history and unique cuisine. He also uncovers quirky facts and unusual aspects of its past. He then creates a painting about his experiences and the folks he met along the way.
