So there's a dog who can talk but only to Avery (G) and Chloe (Cesca) and Tyler (the brother) because it's a secret and he has a blog in which he write about things that happen and lessons learned but maybe he's a bit too distracted by bacon to really learn things and also he is a dog so you know but yes they are actually half siblings because their parents met relatively late in life (well, there's more to that if you've seen the show, the park scene, you know) but Avery is a driven and intelligent girl and Chloe is doing her own thing unencumbered by expectations or rules and Tyler rides his bike when not taking care of his hair.
