Finished this one.

First 5 Episodes were great, pretty good murder mystery.
From there on it went downhill storywise.
There was still the silliness, quick-wittedness and banter to keep me entertained but they bascially built up the story, gave it a weak break and then tried to built it up again...well the momentum was gone but I still wanted to know how had done it.

The show definitely has a "all men are stupid" vibe, especially the portrayal of Edwin Park...his sole purpose is basically saying stupid things to make Cubb look smarter.

Best detective in the world....last two episodes are basically just realising what she missed and got wrong the first time around...not that impressive tbh.

Fun is pretty good for me.

I got lectured for being "obsessed" with bad shows because I wrote one post asking for the worst shows on tv. For me that's a bit of fun. Like a dinner game. It seems we have some experts here. Everyone has an opinion. We should all feel free to express them. Some will be good and some...,.well you get it.

None of this applies to WDMcG. Just adding it to my thought.

I agree this is a comedy and for me a good one. It feels like Ludwig , Schitts Creek and Agatha Christie had a love child. And this is it. Tons of satire of our current political culture. Very welcome at this stressful time.

I am going to watch it all. That's a positive for me. That's why I love Next/episode. It helps us to sift through the garbage.

And if it's terrible tell me so I won't waste time.

Basically a Murder Mystery in the White House.

First episode was stupid and silly, but also fun :)
Not so much a drama in my opinion but more comedy oriented. The casting proves that as well.
Directing & Writing seems decent and the characters are great.
I get a small sense of the theme "all men are stupid" from this show - but let's see about that.

Loved seeing Eliza Coupe again, seems like she is only in the first episode though -.-

For now I keep watching.
