Titled Wednesday, the coming-of-age comedy, written by Smallville creators Al Gough and Miles Millar and to be directed by Burton, is a sleuthing, supernaturally infused mystery charting Wednesday Addams' years as a student at Nevermore Academy. That's where she attempts to master her emerging psychic ability, thwart a monstrous killing spree that has terrorized the local town, and solve the supernatural mystery that embroiled her parents 25 years ago - all while navigating her new and very tangled relationships.
Finished season 2. I don't recall how much exactly I enjoyed season 1, but probably about the same as this. Maybe even a bit more.
I'm not actively looking forward to season 3, but there's a good chance I'll end up watching it.

A marked improvement from series one... but that whole Goodie Adams thing is still a mess (unless the Adams family married their own cousins or something)

I think it was/is a 1 season wonder. nothing wrong with that but you can have too much of a good thing

Second half of season 2 was definitely better than the first...still didn't reach the heights of Season 1 though.
But decent story and decent ending.
I really hope we are done with Tyler...story of Season 3 should focus on Enid / Wednesday friendship which came a bit short this season.

well I have watched season 2 now and enjpyed it. some memorable moments a new dance but with Enid now with Agnes and also an episode in which Enid and Wednesday swap bodies, seeing them play the other part is fun & we have two of the bug eyed monsters now

so "Wednesday" is being broadcast on .....wednesday...
I doubt there will be a season 3. How many times do you want to see Wednesday give you "that look"
Not sure, I think they will keep this going for as long as possible. It is REALLY popular with the teen girls in my social circle. They LOVE the series. Which I guess, is why I can't - as I am not a teenage girl. ;)
And the IMDB ratings are still very strong, with the stats on viewership also quite impressive.
