You have a good point, and I partially agree with you. But I timed the last show, and 18 minutes were family related.,
that's a good piece of the hour show.

I have to disagree. The family is not a large part. A small part of the overall time. Most is about issues with the Sec of State and the WH. There is the father with the CIA and it impacts the family and the Sec of State has to deals with that. I think it is fairly balanced and the show is still one of my favorites. Other shows that I liked like Scandal and Saul have lost a lot of interest. We tend to forget that people in Government, or all walk of lives, actually have family and daily social issues to deal with besides global crisis. They have wives, children and relatives like most of us have to deal with on a daily basis. I think the show reminds us of that without being too tedious.

This show started off good, but has forgotten its subject, politics.
Recently a large portion of the show is about her family. A bit of family is OK,
but recently the family discussions have taken too much of the time.
