Global spy agency Citadel has fallen, and its agents' memories were wiped clean. Now the powerful syndicate, Manticore, is rising in the void. Can the Citadel agents recollect their past and summon the strength to fight back?
Interestingly enough, the first season ended with a preview of Citadel: Diana, as part of their "Citadel spyverse". This led me to believe the show would be an anthology series, akin to AHS.
The first season ended in such a way that it wouldn't need any more follow-up seasons; I think they'd be smart to quit before it really falls on its face.
Yeah, we'll have to see... I still enjoy it enough to keep watching, but I had hoped for so much more...

Yeah, I found all of the unplausible tech a bit distracting.
I suppose, I was more thinking about tags on the genre @ show listing.
We mostly use the IMDb genre(s), and this show has not enough sci-fi to justify adding that genre IMHO. :)

It should probably be listed under "Science Fiction" since the show deals with technology that doesn't exist e.g. just the premise of the show @ mindwipe device implanted in their skulls.

I tried. Was willing to put up with the acting but they lost me at amnesia.

I enjoyed watching 1x2, I can live with the show's flaws.
My biggest issue: season one has only six episodes... - I prefer at least eight per season, or more if the story justifies more. Six means: you fully get into the story and the season is already almost over. Meh.

*meh*
Doesn't appeal to me.
Ep1 started ok, but they already lost me in Ep2. Kind of everything... weak characters, not really engaging storytelling, mediocre acting, dialogues with corny on the nose jokes.... naaaaa. thanks.

Thanks for mentioning that other show, I added it at https://next-episode.net/request-a-missing-show/
Edit: And here it is: https://next-episode.net/citadel-diana

(I haven't yet had the time to finish season 1.)
