Set in utopian Piltover and the oppressed underground of Zaun, the story follows the origins of two iconic League champions - and the power that will tear them apart.
Haven't finished watching yet, but the news that Arcane was cancelled took me by surprise (I don't watch much trailers or interviews about that kind of stuff).
Had to check and apparently it was always planned to end after Season 2.
But good news:
“Yeah, we're currently developing a bunch of follow-up projects. Really, Arcane was always considered the first step, kind of like the trial by fire. You need to figure out, “Can we do this? Do we have the chops? Do we have the characters? Do we have the storytelling?” So, now we're working on the follow-up projects and it's it's really fun to start to look at some of the other characters and regions of our world.”
That fight at the end, pure awesomeness. And when wolfy dropped the name Powder...one hell of a goosebumps moment :)
I am just wondering if the Doc could've stopped wolfy if he wanted to, after all Jinx was one of his patients at some point.
On another note, apart from the god-tier animation they deliver once again, I also want to point out the sound-effects, perfectly mixed.

Yea i think im sticking with isha is more than likely biologically male. Her appearance makes me think so. Obviously her gender is that she is a girl and that's fine

IS ISHA MALE BIOLOGICALLY. In the show, Isha is referred to by pronouns like she or her so YES I understand Isha's GENDER is that she is a girl BUT I genuinely am curious if that's the case biologically. Yes, yes I get it its a kid why do you care, why does it matter etc etc. Its not about that, Isha is genuinely probably my favorite character this season, the gender and sex of the character dont matter to the character or to what i think about the character BUT i cant help but think her appearance, facial structure and all makes me think she's biologically male. Id rather this not get downvoted like im asking some heinous question because i am genuinely asking and thinks its a valid question. Its the same thing as in the first scene of season 1 on the bridge, vi genuinely looks like a boy and im sure if you showed 100 people an out of context photo of that scene they would say vi was a boy. To reiterate, yes it doesnt matter what isha's gender or sex is, but based off of the fact that her name is gender neutral and that her appearance doesn't strike me as them being female, i honestly want to know what you think, without being weird about it please
I wanted to make this post on reddit but i legit cant get it up so yea
I thought she was a boy until VI called her a girl in Episode 3. The weirdest part is that VI saw her for all but a few seconds and already made that deduction - probably had some help from the writers there :)
Nothing wrong with asking those questions - they are fictional characters we want to know better, stuff like that also comes with the territory of getting to know someone.

Season 2, Episode 2 - Watch It All Burn
Not what I was expecting but in no way a dissapointment.
The fight with Jinx and Sevika was awesome. With that and Heimerdinger there was also just the right amount of humour in the episode.
The last scene with Viktor, I don't know exactly what they did differently there but the animation style and the lighting felt a bit...more, just more - that was the perfect way to display this kind of devotion.
Nothing to do with the show itself but the credits...too tiny to read and they also look kinda pixelated (at least in 1080p quality - don't know about UHD).

Season 2, Episode 1 - Heavy is the Crown
Absolute flawless.
From the development of established characters to the introduction of new ones.
From the once again stunning visuals and sceneries, every single one a possible wallpaper to remember by;
to the artistic display of emotion and the physical motion that entails said emotion. Their faces, hands and every movement is so real and genuine.
The story picks up right where it left off (as it should, no skipping ahead) and shows us everything we wanted to see after the end of Season 1.
It is really rare to wait three years for the next season, imagining how the story might continue and not having a single drop of disappointment with the result.
Although I wanted really bad to see what happened to Jinx, I think it was a very good decision to start off with the "upper side" and wait for Episode 2 - at least that's what I am hoping for and assume by the title :)

I like the trailer, adding this show to my list. :)
It really is great. It's also best watched three episodes at a time, the way they are released. Especially the fist three, as they chose a somewhat unusual starting point for the story.

I find the human like gestures and expressions convincing
That really is one of their biggest strengths. On the level where a single eyebrow twitch by a character who isn't even an active part of that scene can tell you exactly how things are gonna go wrong next. Well, that, and colors, and backgrounds, and... well, it's really good.
