TV Series Starring Dana Carvey
Mulligan
After Earth is destroyed by an alien attack, a rag-tag band of survivors has to start society over from scratch. It's an opportunity to learn from humanity's past mistakes and get things right this time. Or make the same mistakes all over again. Probably the second one.
First Impressions with Dana Carvey
A weekly half-hour competition that features Emmy Award-Winner and "SNL" Alum Dana Carvey and is hosted by Freddie Prinze, Jr.
Carvey is the "expert-in-residence" in the comedic series that pits America's best amateur impressionists against each other in a battle of celebrity impression. Each week a winner will be crowned.
The Dana Carvey Show
The former SNL cast member (along with Robert Smigel) is the host and star of this sketch comedy series. Each week, the show would be sponsored by a different soda, usually Pepsi or Mug Root Beer. The show, however, was doomed by a sketch in the first episode depicting President Clinton breast-feeding puppies.
Blue Thunder
Based on the 1984 ABC Half-Season Spin-off series from the original 1983 Roy Scheider/Malcolm McDowell/Warren Oates box office smash-hit under the same name.
Saturday Night Live
A late-night comedy show featuring several short skits, parodies of television commercials, a live guest band, and a pop-cultural guest host each week. Many of the SNL players have spun off successful independent comedy and/or movie careers from here.
