Slippin' Jimmy
Better Call Saul is getting an animated spinoff series. AMC Networks has revealed the company's new slate of original digital series heading into development, and the list includes a new season of the Emmy-winning digital series Better Call Saul Employee Training featuring all-new characters from the show. Also on the list is Slippin' Jimmy, an animated series derived from the world of Better Call Saul set in the lovable conman's younger years.
Set many years before the events of Better Call Saul, Slippin' Jimmy follows the adventures of young Jimmy and Chuck McGill and friends back home in Cicero, Illinois. It is created in the "retro style of Fat Albert" and "each episode nods to everything from spaghetti Westerns to Buster Keaton to After Hours."

But after partakking of a genetically mutated strain of marijuana, the Freaks wake up 50 years later to discover a much different society.
