SurrealEstate revolves around real estate agent Nick Roman and an elite team of specialists who handle the cases that no one else can: haunted and possessed houses that literally scare would-be buyers away. Researching, investigating and "fixing" the things that go bump in the night, the team works to create closure - and closings - as they struggle with demons of their own.

JANN is an original comedy series starring Jann Arden. Arden plays a fictionalized version of herself: a singer songwriter of a "certain age" ; dealing with the harsh reality that her former music career is now on a slow, relentless slide into obscurity. But it's not just Jann's career that's on life support - she's newly single, her sister may disown her, and her mother is clearly suffering from the early stages of dementia. Although Jann's personal life is in shambles, she's convinced that the cure-all is to rebrand her image in order to reclaim her celebrity status, so she embarks on a quest to return to greatness but gets tangled in the pressures of her 'real' life. Jann is at the crossroads between who she was, and who she wants to be, if she can just figure out what's really important.

When filthy-rich video store magnate Johnny Rose (Eugene Levy), his soap star wife Moira (Catherine O'Hara), and their two kids - über-hipster son David (Dan Levy) and socialite daughter Alexis (Annie Murphy) - suddenly find themselves broke, they are forced to live in Schitt's Creek, a small, depressing town they once bought as a joke. With their pampered lives now abandoned, they must confront their new-found poverty and discover what it means to be a family, all within the rural city limits of their new home.

This series follows 16-year-old Dylan Blake, the rebellious daughter of a fractured family of doctors, as she uses her stint as a youth hospital volunteer to secretly investigate the disappearance of her father.
