At the 2016 Television Critics Association winter press tour, NBC Entertainment president Jennifer Salke revealed that the network had discussions with Dick Wolf about a fourth series in the franchise centered on the legal system called Chicago Law.

This show is about U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens, a modern day 19th century-style lawman, who enforces his brand of justice to put a target on his back with criminals and puts him at odds with his bosses in the Marshal service. As a result, he gets reassigned to the U.S. District covering the town where he grew up.

Set in a New York hospital, this drama chronicles the personal and professional lives of staff psychiatrists as they struggle to diagnose patients while coping with their own personal problems. The show takes a look at daily life in the facility from the perspective of both the doctors and the patients.
