"Extradition" - Capable, though not without flaws, Commissioner Olgierd Halski leads the relentless fight against the Warsaw gangster underground. He tracks drug dealers, combats groups terrorizing old-town restaurateurs. Finally, when a Russian mafia appears in the landscape of a criminal world, he declares war on it. The personal consequences of the Commissioner's actions turn out to be a matter of time. Beautiful and ruthless Nadezhda is doing her best to prevent Halski's unconventional, intersecting plans. However, no result. The drugs smuggled by the mafia burn. Thus, the factual evidence of effective police action disappears. Discharged from work, Halski appears in the ranks of the Government Protection Bureau. He quickly discovers a gigantic corruption scandal involving prominent public figures.
