We meet up with Alex in the kitchen of some of her favorite no-frills hangouts in the Big Apple for an insider's guide to their iconic dishes and longtime traditions. For local New Yorkers, this series will inspire them to try the best dishes in their own backyard. But perhaps more importantly, with Alex's culinary authority and one-of-a-kind humor, she will add color to their stories with her own experiences of eating there.
Cutthroat Kitchen: Knives Out
Culinary skills will not be enough to rise to the top in Cutthroat Kitchen: Knives Out - where chefs must be willing to sabotage their opponents while being cunning in how they surmount the sabotages thrown their way. HostBrian Malarkey dishes outtheunpredictable anddiabolical culinary challenges that will test four chefs on their cooking prowess, strategic thinking, and ability to innovate under pressure. With a starting bank of $25,000 each, the chefs will have opportunities to spend that money on advantages for themselves or on sabotages for their competition. The last chef standing walks away with the money they have left in their bank.
Ciao House
Hosts and judges Alex Guarnaschelli and Gabe Bertaccini welcome 10 talented chefs to Ciao House, where they will live together in a beautiful Tuscan villa and be tested like never before on their proficiency with Italian cuisine. Two chefs receive a huge advantage going into the next round, and one chef must say "Ciao Ciao" to the villa.
Alex vs. America
Brave and talented chefs attempt to take down Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli, the most feared and accomplished competition cook in America. Chef Alex goes up against three chefs in two rounds of cooking, and anyone - even Alex - can be sent home after a blind tasting by the judges. Each chef hails from a different state, but they all share the same culinary specialty and drive to beat Alex for ultimate bragging rights and $15,000.
Tournament of Champions
A culinary competition hosted by Guy Fieri where 16 of the nation's most celebrated chefs face off. During the five-part tournament, the chefs' skills will be pushed to the limit, as they go head-to-head in a single elimination bracket-style competition, where a randomizer machine determines the protein, produce, equipment, cooking style, and time for each of the cook-offs.
Supermarket Stakeout
Alex Guarnaschelli hosts as chefs square off in a competitive pop-up kitchen outside a grocery store. To make their challenge dishes, the chefs must size up shoppers as they exit the store and negotiate for their grocery bags.
All-Star Academy
Ten talented and successful home cooks from around the country compete in intense culinary challenges as they are mentored by some of Food Network's most popular chefs, while competing for a $50,000 grand prize. Hosted by Ted Allen, each competitor, with the guidance of their mentor, must compete challenges that would propose difficulties for even professional chefs, while elevating their culinary skills to make it to the finish line.

A six-episode series hosted by Ted Allen, where Food Network takes home cooks out of their kitchens and into the most intense arena to see who is the best home cook in America.
Chopped
Four chefs must prepare an outstanding three course meal with the ingredients provided to them. A panel of judges will determine which chef wins the $10,000 prize.
